Sales Department

Our sales team includes Inside and Outside Sales professionals who actively connect with merchants to build relationships. They focus on delivering cost savings through Riverside’s services. A dedicated marketing team identifies potential merchants and prepares them for sales calls.

The Operations Department links our Sales team with Riverside’s services. After a sale, new Merchants move to Operations for account setup, technology installation, and ongoing help. This team handles account setup and offers support throughout the merchant's time with us.

People & Performance Department

Our People and Performance department finds, trains, and supports great Riverside employees. It includes Talent Acquisition, which hires new team members; Learning & Development, which offers training and learning resources; and People Operations, which helps employees have what they need to succeed.

Finance & Accounting Department

Our Finance & Accounting department is accountable for ensuring all of our bills are paid and our debts are collected!  From balancing the budget to delivering payroll, our Finance & Accounting team oversees all cashflow and monetary transactions within the organization.
