Our sales department consists of both Inside Sales and Outside Sales Professionals. Their primary focus is providing cost savings to merchants through Riverside’s exceptional offering and service. Additionally, we have a team of dedicated marketing professionals working tirelessly to identify merchants in need of our service and teeing them up for a call with our sales professionals.

Our Operations Department acts as the bridge between our Sales team and Riverside’s services. Once our new Merchants finish the sales cycle, they are then moved over to our Operations team for Boarding, Tech Deployment, and ongoing Merchant Success. This department handles everything from setting up new merchant accounts to providing ongoing account and tech support for the life of our merchant relationships.
